Agreement

By creating an account or using Ude on https://udevoice.com or the Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Ude provides voice capture, transcription, meeting notes, todos, calendar integrations, and optional AI features. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Use a valid email address and keep it secure. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ude to record or process conversations without consent where required by law, to harass others, to violate third-party terms (including video-call platforms), or to upload unlawful content. You retain responsibility for how you use capture and cloud transcription features.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans may be billed through Stripe on the web or Google Play on Android, as shown in-app. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the store or checkout flow you used. Refunds are handled per platform policy unless we state otherwise in writing.

If you cancel, downgrade, or switch to a lower plan during a monthly or annual billing period, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then you keep the features and limits of the plan you already paid for. Upgrades to a higher plan may take effect immediately according to Stripe or Google Play proration rules shown at checkout.

Third-party services

Optional integrations (for example Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or speech/AI providers) are subject to those providers' terms as well. Connecting an integration authorizes Ude to access only the scopes shown on the consent screen.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we handle your data. It is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Disclaimers

Udeis provided "as is." Transcripts and AI output may contain errors. Do not rely on the service as the sole record of legal, medical, or financial decisions. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
