Ude

Application purpose

Ude is a voice notes and meeting assistant. The application lets you capture quick voice notes on your device, transcribe longer meetings in the cloud, and turn speech into summaries, todos, and a searchable work library. You choose when recording runs and where data is stored.

Ude is available on the web at https://udevoice.com and on Android. Sign in on this site to sync notes, meetings, and settings across your devices.

How Ude uses your Google account

• Google Sign-In — to create your Ude account, keep you signed in, and sync your notes, meetings, and settings to your private cloud vault when you enable cloud sync. Transcript bodies are end-to-end encrypted; set a recovery passphrase to open saves on a new device.
• Google Calendar (optional) — only if you connect Calendar in Settings. Ude reads event titles, times, and meeting links so you can see today's schedule and start capture with the meeting title pre-filled. Calendar access is never required to use Ude.
• Ude does not sell your data. See our privacy policy for how we handle voice transcripts and account information.

What you can do with Ude

• Record voice notes with on-device or cloud speech-to-text.
• Run meeting capture mode for longer sessions with optional AI summaries and action items.
• Organize meetings, notes, todos, and series in one work hub.
• Optionally connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to see upcoming meetings, open video-call links, and start capture with the meeting title pre-filled.
• Control privacy with device-only storage, optional end-to-end encrypted cloud sync, or scheduled backups on your phone.
